Shipping
After placing your order, you will receive a notification from our shipping partners containing your tracking details and the expected delivery date of your order. You can also visit the website and track your order from the options provided on the footer.
Free delivery Pan India
When you order your Jabsco sink, the delivery time varies based on your location. For Bangalore, the product will be delivered within 1-2 working days. For South India, delivery takes approximately 4-5 working days. Pan India deliveries may take around 7-8 working days. You can track your order or contact our shipping partners for more details.
Refund
All JBSCO products you purchase from the website are eligible for return only in same condition you received.
Provide your order number and email/mobile number and follow through with the return
process thereafter.
In this case take a video & photo of Unboxing the product and contact the customer care number and register the complaint in 3 working days after receiving the product.
Make the payment again after ensuring the details you have entered are correct, including shipping addresses, account details, and passwords. If you are still unable to do so, choose the Contact Cunsumer/Customer Care Number. Moreover, if your amount is debited from your bank account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7–10 business days
Cancellation
Yes, you can cancel your order before we begin processing it (within 24-48 hours). If your order is in the ‘Order Confirmed’ status, it is eligible for cancellation. However, once the order has been dispatched, you will need to receive it first and then initiate a return.
Yes, you will receive a full refund for a canceled order.
